My T. O. S. is subject to change without notice. The following Terms & Conditions are the Commission of original artwork or designs from me. The following information must be read fully and accepted before continuing with the final commission agreement.

PLEASE NOTE: I have an immune deficiency disorder, aka I get sick very frequently. This is one of the main reasons why I can't guarantee a due date or accept strict rush orders. When commissioning me, please keep this in mind!

I CAN DRAW: furries, ferals, humans ("chibi" style only), humanoids, any species, and so on. I can also draw gore, blood, bright colors, & LGBTQIA+. I can draw murder, death, candy gore, and many other gorey and gross things!

I WILL NOT DRAW: NSFW, fetish, or suggestive content (this includes NSFW characters - I will not accept NSFW references or characters that are HEAVILY implied to be solely NSFW (examples being fetish mascots, characters with clear genitalia, or characters inspired by these)), implications of domestic abuse/sexual assault or similar, anything that directly offends a person, race, or culture, flashing rapid colors/lights (I am prone to seizures!), or anything political. Do not ask for these, I make no exceptions. If you aren't sure if what you want is allowed, please ask me first!

Please note I have a lot of trauma when it comes to sex related things, nudity, abuse, etc. Please respect my boundaries.

I have the right to refuse any commission request without needing to explain the reason.

I reserve the right to stop work on a commission or cancel a commission request without refund due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these terms of service. (Yes, giving unrealistic expectations / repeatedly rushing counts as inappropriate behavior.)

Reference images are required, even if it's a stick figure. I am hypophantasic (which essentially it is difficult for me to visualize things, I must have a visual reference). I will NOT draw anything based on a long written description or story. I need to SEE what they look like and what pose / expression you want!

I do not accept "private" commissions! All pieces will be posted publicly on my socials for promotional purposes; unless it is for a debut, a birthday gift, or something similar (please specify if it is). I used to accept private commissions, but due to past issues I no longer offer them. Sorry!

Do not ask to Voice Call me. Almost everything you tell me will be forgotten, and I do not feel comfortable verbally talking with clients.

Full refunds will not be given after your commission is finished. Full refunds will not be given AT ALL if my terms are breached, regardless of progress made. (Refunds will be given if I deem necessary, mostly if it is the fault of my own or if I feel I can't complete your commission.)

If the client is unsatisfied with the commission for an appropriate reason, they must communicate that with me before the final files have been sent to the client, otherwise the files WILL be deleted from my devices to save space. Please do not approach me days / weeks after the commission was completed asking for a change, I do not provide those!

After the commission is complete and the client confirms it, the file will be deleted from my devices and cannot be edited or changed. After the sketch phase, I will not make any major changes; unless it is a fault of my own (ex. I messed up the design somehow), or if you'd like a small color change. Other than that, changes will need an additional fee. (Keep in mind that you may not be the only person in my queue! I will not remake anything if it was previously confirmed by the client.)

Please note that if the lineart was completed, I do not allow any major changes, ESPECIALLY on animations! It is extremely frustrating when I spend hours / days working on an animation and suddenly I'm asked to change tons of things that were not previously discussed, which adds tons of time and unnecessary effort. Please do not do this. If you push this, I will give a 30% refund (nothing more) and end your commission. I am sorry, but I have dealt with this way too much. (Again, I do not have an issue changing mistakes, colors, or something else minor. But after the sketch is confirmed by the client, that is the final placement. Please, please do not make me change things over and over and over. I am begging haha).

I DO NOT ALLOW repeated, tedious changes! (Ex. Asking me to remake something over and over. This takes up a TON of time and keeps everyone waiting!) Keep in mind that the more you ask for me to change / add -- the longer it takes for you, and others in the queue, to receive their commissions! I am happy to make changes to your liking, but repeated tedious changes are not allowed and very frustrating for me personally.

On the subject of "changes" -- please note that I am very open to making your commission as close to your vision as possible. But please keep in mind that I am a human being, and there is only so much I can do for you before I have to refund the commission due to the workload. I do not appreciate people who attempt to find loopholes in my Terms or those who take advantage of my kindness. I have learned to avoid this, and will not hesitate to cancel your commission entirely. I know this sounds rude, but I've dealt with this so often that I really had to be specific.

I will not reproduce a copyrighted or trademarked image or character without expressed written permission of its Copyright or Trademark owner.

I will NOT take on a commission that has a strict or short deadline.

I may use any images of the commission for promotional purposes (don't worry, they will not be sold / used commercially).

Client is responsible for ensuring that their contact details are true and correct. Either party shall notify the other party in case of change of contact details prior to such change. If I can't contact the client (due to them changing or deleting contact), commission will be halted without refund until client contacts me.

I can do payment plans for ANY commission, just ask. I do require a nonrefundable 30% down payment. I will NOT start on your commission until the full payment is made - your queue spot will go below those who've paid in full.

You do not have to pay extra to have something minor changed (ex. color change), but I will require a small fee if any progress AFTER the sketch is asked to be edited (ex. lineart). I will also require a small fee if the changes begin to become overwhelming / time consuming / repetitive / tedious (I do NOT allow repeated tedious changes!) Note: I cannot change something on an older commission.

I am SLOW. Please be patient with me. Do NOT commission me if you expect speedy art. I like to take time on my work! While I can not give an estimated time, usually smaller commissions take at the very least a month or less - sometimes more if my queue is long. Animations will take longer (usually)! My work is made entirely by hand, frame-by-frame, while juggling my real life. Please be patient with me!

You may use commissioned work for monetary purposes (ex. merch), but PLEASE ask me first. There are certain merchandise options that I do not allow my work to be sold as (ex. prints, portraits, framed art, etc).

I do NOT allow distribution of my work through NFTs / crypto currency / AI generation.

I try to keep my clients updated as often as I can! But don't be afraid to ask questions. However, please do not ask me for an update every single day! I will update you when I am close to/at your queue slot, I usually cancel commissions if it seems the client is attempting to rush me.

All I ask is that you please be kind and understanding. I am sorry for the long rules, and over-explaining, I tried to touch down on everything as best as I could. Even though some of these may seem strict, I felt it was important to be as blunt as possible, so hopefully they aren't misinterpreted.
